NVIDIA Benjamin Bayart Interview.
Reinforcing PRODUCER’s Strategic Partnership with NVIDIA
Interview with Benjamin Bayart, NVIDIA Inception Program Advisor for PRODUCER
AI & Digital Transformation in Content Creation
At PRODUCER, we are deeply committed to driving the digital transformation of media and content creation. Central to this mission is our technology-first mindset—an approach we’ve been refining with the support and expertise of NVIDIA, one of the world’s leading technology companies, through their Inception program.
Our advisor and mentor within the program, Benjamin Bayart, plays a crucial role in this journey. He believes AI is a powerful enabler, one that can reshape creative, technical, and operational workflows. As he puts it, AI “unlocks human potential in new and meaningful ways,” enhancing efficiency and opening doors to entirely new forms of storytelling.
Today, we’re excited to share Benjamin’s perspective on how AI is transforming the creative industries — and why PRODUCER is stoked to be part of the NVIDIA Inception program.
Q1: Benjamin, can you tell us about your role at NVIDIA and how you support startups like PRODUCER?
I joined NVIDIA about three years ago as part of the EMEA Solution Engineering Team. One of our first objective is to explore NVIDIA’s frameworks and AI tools to build internal solutions, facilitating our colleagues’ daily tasks. Consequently, this hands-on work allows us to support Inception startups, deliver training, and share cutting-edge insights and best practices. That’s how our collaboration with PRODUCER began.
Q2: What excites you most about PRODUCER’s approach to AI in content creation?
Over the past year, PRODUCER has been building a scalable, enterprise-grade application—shaped by continuous feedback from its clients. Now, the team is eliminating busywork by applying a horizontal AI integration layer designed to enhance every aspect of content production.
What makes this approach stand out is the focus on creating a unified, interconnected, and centralized data management system across the entire content creation process.
Rather than simply automating tasks, PRODUCER elevates collaboration—empowering creative professionals (and the teams supporting them) to focus on storytelling and results, while AI manages the complexity of tools in the background.
By exploring real-time content optimization through chat interfaces, PRODUCER is positioning itself to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving media landscape—where podcasts and live streams are standard communication tools. In doing so, the team is not only aligning with a validated trend but is committed to making content creation simpler, faster, and better.
This forward-thinking mindset aligns with NVIDIA’s own vision: using AI to drive greater speed, efficiency, and quality.
Beyond PRODUCER’s client-facing features, we also explored how the company could use AI internally to support its development and operations—a conversation I really enjoyed.
Q3: Amazing, Benjamin. Perfect transition to the next question. As you know, PRODUCER isn’t just applying AI in the product—it’s also using it to support internal development. Do you think these tools will eventually replace developers?
Not at all. In my conversations with PRODUCER, we discussed how AI tools can significantly improve a developer’s efficiency and workflow. I see them more as co-pilots than replacements—they’re here to assist, not to take over.
AI coding tools have evolved from basic autocomplete to chat-based interfaces that let you describe what you need, and the AI generates the code—even if you don’t know the exact libraries or syntax. It’s similar to what PRODUCER is enabling for creators: you describe the story or visual you want to build, and the AI helps with the execution, handling technical details in the background.
These tools already deliver functional results quickly. Personally, I use them to test and validate code using libraries I may not be deeply familiar with. That said, tasks like fact-checking, prompt refinement, and code review still require the expertise of human development team. AI tools are incredibly valuable—but they’re still just tools. There’s no substitute for skilled developers, and PRODUCER is right up there.
Q4: Why is NVIDIA supporting startups like PRODUCER?
NVIDIA Inception was created to support startups at all stages — from early-stage innovators to those on the path to becoming unicorns. The program doesn’t aim to change a startup’s roadmap or deployment model. Instead, the value lies in the support offered along the way.
This includes deep technical guidance, investor connections, and even marketing support. The Inception team stays alongside the startup journey, adapting to each company’s unique pace and path. Ultimately, our goal is to help startups succeed on their terms, while giving them access to the tools, technologies, and networks that make the journey bearable.
Q5: Sure… What advice would you give to companies in 2025?
That’s not an easy one, but from a personal point of view, I’d suggest:
- Do something you’re passionate about. Most founders and startup teams know the journey isn’t always easy—so make sure it’s something you truly care about.
- Stay open to tools and solutions that can support you. Keep your eyes open for technologies that can make your work better or more efficient. Look for opportunities to collaborate and seek support.
- Aim to revolutionize something. I’m always inspired by the ideas startups come up with—solutions that solve real problems, help others in new ways, or explore uncharted territory. Every big company once started as a small startup with a bold idea.
